Your therapy journey begins here. To become a new client, follow the steps below. As a paperless practice, all forms and information are accessed through the HIPAA-compliant secure client portal. Once logged into the portal, you’ll be prompted to add a credit card for billing.
Complete portal paperwork
Submit paperwork via the secure client portal to help us learn more about each other and how best to work together.
Attend an intake evaluation
During this initial session, we’ll review your concerns together, make sure we’re a good fit, and make a plan for how to proceed.
Schedule your ongoing sessions
As we work together, you can choose a frequency for therapy sessions that works for you to meet your personal needs and goals.
